Elder Harrison trained me to be a secretary in the mission office. After training Elder Kent to take my place as secretary, President Lemos said that I could go over to the newly opened Marília Mission and help them there if I wanted to. I decided to go, and I spent another little while serving over in Marília in the Mission Office. I had a great experience in both missions and will be eternally grateful for the lessons I learned and the people with whom I was able to share the Gospel.
My family and I moved to the Seattle area last year and I took a job at Boeing. They are also paying for my tuition in the Computer Science masters program at the University of Washington, which is a great blessing. |
