Comments:
After living in several states and traveling throughout various parts of the U.S., Jan and I moved to Texas in January 2004 so I could pursue a master's degree in accounting. Upon completing an internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), I graduated in August 2005 and started working full-time at PwC. My primary specialty was banking, although I have worked on the audits of several large companies in the retail, healthcare and real estate industries. For about two months in 2006, our family lived in Puerto Rico where I worked on a complicated financial restatement of a bank. After endless travels and long, exhausting hours away from home, I started working for Alcon Laboratories in Fort Worth in April 2007. Accounting is a far cry from where I originally started--I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in political science!

Jan and I have been married since July 1998 and we have one son, Jared, who was born in August 2004. His ability to learn and the love he shares never cease to amaze us! We feel eternally blessed and are grateful to our Heavenly Father for this wonderful opportunity to be parents.

Jan is currently serving in the Primary and, for the past several years, has served in a variety of positions there, ranging from president, counselor, nursery leader to chorister. She has also served as a temple ordinance worker in the Washington, DC Temple. I have served in a variety of callings, ranging from ward clerk, executive secretary, ward missionary, temple ordinance worker in the Washington, DC Temple, and counselor in the Young Men's Presidency.

We know God lives. We know that Jesus is the Christ and we love Him! Even though each of us may have our fair share of trials in life, we know the true source of happiness and peace in this life and the next is centered in our Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ. The gospel is restored and we are led by a living prophet today. We are always striving to increase our own testimonies and faith, and teach our family the right way to follow.
