Elder Jones and Elder McPherson were the Elders who taught and baptized me in Oct of 1997. I was 17 yrs old at the time and didn't have a great start in the church, but when Sis Rose and Sis Anderson came by they really put it to me about serving a mission. I was then called to the Argentina Neuquen Mission and reported to the MTC shortly after two years of being baptized. I loved the mission field and am now pleased to announce my engagement to a wonderful girl. We are set to marry in the Redlands Temple the 25th of June. Thanks for all the great Elders and Sisters that served in the Highland 2nd ward and throughout all of the San Bernardino Mission. |
