Sorry to be the barer of bad news but I thought everyone would want to know. As of Fri. Oct. 18, Elder Kelly Lym of Ft. Bridger, Wyoming passed away due to a car accident on highway 1 in Half Moon Bay. He did a U-Turn and was broad sided. His companion Elder Dean Winslow of Kaysville, Utah was seriously injured. This is a very sad event that has occured in our mission. Elder Lym was a great friend and an amazing missionary. He will be missed. For more info you may go to the following site:

What's up y'all? I am so sad that I can't make it to the reunion. I am finishing up grad school in Indiana and won't be back in Utah until December or May.
I miss you all and am very grateful for the things you have each taught me. Being in the Midwest I am amazed at how often my mission comes up in my conversations with nonmembers. I've found it to be a great missionary tool and a great way to open doors to sharing the gospel. I'm so grateful for that experience. May the Lord bless you and your families in all that you're doing!

Hi, everyone--
We will miss you at the reunion, but Alex is ward mission leader and is conducting a convert BAPTISM for two people this evening! It would not be a good example to you missionaries if we skipped our missionary duties to visit with you. Very sorry, actually--next time.
By the way, we are building a new home and will be in it by mid-November. The new address is 1231 South Canyon Drive, Cedar City UT 84720. Telephone still 435-867-0306. Please visit when you are in Cedar! You are all great. We love you.

Hey ya mate! Hows it going? Well Im sure things are working out quite well for you kiddys up there in the USA. Im at University still, pursuing a BA in linguistics and languages. I'll be in the middle of finals during the re-union, so I guess that rules me out of attending but If you can pass my regards and best wishes and that I miss everyone, love everyone etc. The gospel is true, thank you all for the your influences in my life. Oh! and congratulations to everyone with babies and wives! Im sure I'll join the ranks soon enough.

One of my prayers before I left the mission field was that I would be able to quickly get in to the swing of things. I knew that the Lord would awnser my prayers, but not like this. The day after I got home I started a full time job, the friday after I got home I began dating an old friend of mine named Heather Jaquiss. We quickly fell in love and are going to be married on September 22!! The Sunday after I returned home I was called to be a ward YSA Rep. The next week I went traveling to visit family. I have now been home for three months and am busy with my engagment, work, and calling. On top of that it looks like Heather and I may be able to bye a house in a few months and I am trying to get things to gether to get in to school. (Donations welcome....Just kidding!!!). I hope every thing is great with all of you! Take care.

Hi, y'all--isn't this a great website? It's hoppin.' Alex is deeply involved in computer chess programming, he's got few peers in the area of research and analyis he's doing which is bringing him great satisfaction. My broken knee is almost a-ok now after 15 weeks, I'm walking a mile a day or so. And I've joined a small band that plays 1850's era music, we go out in period costume to shows 'n such. I'm rhythm guitarist behind a banjo, fiddle, bagpipe and bones. I'ts crazy but fun! Love to hear from you--and the gospel is truth itself.
