Fall 2007:

After my mission I decided to get a degree in French at BYU and I studied in Quebec, Canada for a while. I actually went on a summer BYU study abroad to Quebec with Elders Wood and Baird. A month after I graduated I married a wonderful women from Quebec and we now have two teenage daughters. Both of my daughters went through Spanish immersion at local schools and are proficient in Spanish.

After my French degree, I earned a Master's degree in business and worked for software companies in Utah for 9 years. In 1995 I came to Utah Valley State College in Orem, Utah to teach International Business. In 2005 I completed a Ph.D. in business from the University of Utah and in 2007 I became Associate Dean for the UVSC School of Business. My wife teaches microbiology part time at BYU.

We are all active in the Church. I have been elders quorum president and I am now the executive secretary for my ward.

LDS QUOTE:
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord’s work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
- Elder L. Tom Perry
Ensign, Nov. 2001
