After growing up in southern California we moved to Chico in 1978. Even though I have served as Elder's Quorum President and twice as Ward Executive Secretary most of the past 33 plus years has been spent with the youth of the Church. My wife is currently in her third year serving as an Early Morning Seminary Teacher. I am currently serving as YM President and Scout Master of the Chico 1st Ward. The youth are truly a joy to be with. Our Youth Conference this summer will be a three-day Handcart Trek in the mountains of northern California.
August 11, 2010 - Not sure when I last updated this. Just finished requesting President Lyle Shamo to be my firend on facebook. Called as Bishop of the Chico 1st Ward three months ago. Guess I won't be moving to Utah any time soon.
