In February of 2012 my wife and I visited South Florida. In two and half days we visited Hollywood and attended church, Belle Glade, St. Pete, Sarasota and Homestead. We even drove down to Key West. Our last stop was the Ft. Lauderdale Temple site in Davey. It was amazing to see the new buildings which I served in and see how the church has growen in south Florida. My mind was filled with vivid memories, both good and bad. I feel that my efforts were minimal compared the the blessing I received in serving a mission. It was the best decision I have ever made in exepting a call to serve. It truly set me up with a life of fulfillment. |
