What a great site this is! I loved my mission service and the people there in the south, while I lived in South Georgia I was able to return to Florida many times and it always brought back fond memories. The hospitality and the green humid south has become a part of me for the last 17 years and this is where I will stay. What a wonderful experience a mission is and I am now excited to watch my son have the same experiences I did in the mission field in Florida. I am married with 4 kids, with the oldest heading on a mission this fall, this makes me feel really old! I graduated from BYU then returned to the south to attend the University of Georgia as a grad student then on the faculty. I lived there for 10 years and now live in Arkansas and teach at the University of Arkansas. |
