	Created the README.CHANGES and README.INSTALLATION files
	Replaced all usages of "here document printing with qq! method.
		To many people were having trouble because when they
		transferred the files using binary mode, invisible
		charactes would get stuck in the script and screw up the
		here formatting.  qq! is used to change the print
		delineator from double quotes (") to bang (!).  We do this
		so that double quotes within the print string will not
		need to be escaped.
        Added informative error messages to the open commands
	Created a setup file so that when new upgrades come out, the
		customized options can remain intact.
	Moved user-configurable HTML and text to the setup file so that
		when upgrades come out, the admin will not delete such
		customizations.
	Added an extra else loop after the printing to the Guestbook of
		Country.  If country was not filled out before, the date
		would get smushed onto the location line.  Now the script
		will print a <BR> if the person did not fill out the
		country.
	Changed all of the options variables from 1 and 0 to yes and no to
		make them more obvious.  Thus, now if you want the script
		to send you mail when a new entry is made, you set $mail
		equal to yes instead of equal to one.
