- Kelend Ivan Mills, 36, Canyon Ridge Ward, Spanish Fork Utah Canyon View Stake bishop former counselor in bishopric, Primary teacher and chorister, Sunday School president, gospel doctrine teacher. Director of training in Provo Missionary Training Center.

Born in Afton, Wyo., to Richard Ivan and Betty Burton Mills. Married Katherine Goates, three children.
A Primary chorister, she is a former Achievement Day leader in Primary, Relief Society teacher, and choir director. Born in Murray, Utah, to Kenneth Joseph and Gwendolyn Seely Goates.
