I received your e-mail and I appreciate hearing from you. However, I have tried to respond to your e-mail but it keeps getting rejected. I suspect your e-mail box is probably full and is rejecting any additional e-mails. Try deleting lots of e-mails out of your box. Otherwise you can e-mail me your phone number or another e-mail address and I can contact you that way. It was great to hear from you.

Just barely found this site. Dang, it is so good to read all the messages on here. I love all yall and hope to be able to hook up with some of you and reminisce about the days in the field. Iwe, kinisou chappur ngeni ami meinisin. Ua fakkun pwapwa mi pwapwa ren ach chufengen non ei gacheto. Iwe, sipwap chu. U mochen ai Samon non kunok meinisin.
To all the Kosrae Elders and Sisters, wassup. Nga lunhse kom.
To the Pohnpei missionaries, Udahn Mao.
I miss all the islands, Marshalls(beautiful people and those beautiful voices-especially when Sister Pollard was there) Ebeye-those humble people on the little rock-Yap-such simple people and Elder Rebelukag-Saipan, too Westernized-Chuuk, riding on Nephi and Lehi out to Faichuuk, ngang atin Foupo, Kosrae had those most delicious tangerines, Pohnpei had the great pepper and huge areas)Udahn Mao), and of course Guam, (remember those football games between North and South. or even early basketball games in the morning for exercise with Widmar and Leituala, in which Leitauala use to whoop my butt. I misss all ya'll folks and hope to rejoice as did Ammon and Alma and the sons of Mosiah. Remember how hot it used to be and how you could fall asleep anywhere with the shirt and tie on? Remember riding the boats out to your islands in Chuuk after Pday and being sad because it was another two weeks before you saw the Zone again? Remember drinking and eating anything and everything they gave you because you didn't want to offend and you wanted to build trust? How about when the greenies came in and asked "Does the time go fast?" or even the elder and sister who fell in love out there? Their hearts weren't locked. . . . .Man, those were great days. Wassup to Havea, Wade, Gariety, Fratagelo, Ritchie, Ras and Galbreath, Hawkins, Fangapo, HoChing, the Sisters of Polynesia, and all my Comps and homeys out there. If you read all of this, dang, you must be bored. hehehehe. Love ya.

Thanks to Pututau for posting about the Kosrae District Presidency. Ron sent me an email yesterday saying that there are many people joining the church. They are preparing a temple trip for next year to the Manila Phillippines temple and are already trying to fundraise. If anyone is interested in donating, email me at: arthur@byu.edu I can hook up with Ron and the mission president and figure out the best way to get the money there.

Lwen wo na suwos,
Howzit MGM peeps. Well I just wanted to say that me and Bradley Wade and his wife just got back from Kosrae. It was a blast. I'm happy to say that the members are still doing well in the Lelu Branch. There are alot of new members. The other two Branches, Malem and Utwe, are now combined and are doing well. The missionaries there are strong and there will be couple missionaries sometime this month (July) Ok, that's all from me. Take care.

President Johnson has informed us that he will be holding his first mission reunion this comming October. We do not have a date yet, but it will most likely be the week before conference. We are excited for this reunion. It will be a very special one. We need all of your support and help. If you would like to help out in any way, please contact Joel Gardiner at 1gardijo@uvsc.edu or
John Hillam at johnhillam@cc.usu

I failed to mention that President Rollins will be attending the reunion. For those of you who served with other presidents, it would be a great opportunity to invite the other presidents to the reunion (hopefully, some former presidents live along the Wasatch Front). I noticed that many alumni on the web live along the Wasatch Front. Send me an RSVP e-mail so we can get a good count for food. Everyone come!!

To clarify the mission president's list, President Nord served from 1989 -1992. He completes the gap shown in the mission presidents' chronology. Also, the first actual mission president of the MGM was President Losee. He served from the creation of the mission from the Hawaii Honolulu Mission in about 1980, until President Keeler in July of 1983. The President Rogers that is listed was never the mission president. He was the district president of the Guam district until about 1986.
