Comments:
Sylvia and I have been married 30 years this August. We have 3 boys and 1 girl. One grandson at present. Our oldest son served a 2-year Stake mission and we hope to have another son on a mission next year.

After my mission I went back to school (some in San Antonio but graduated from BYU in '85). From there we moved to the Seattle area where I began working for Boeing. We lived in the Seattle area for about 17 years. In 2002 we moved to Oklahoma City area to follow my job and to be nearer my parents.

I have served as a Scoutmaster/Deacon Advisor/Teachers Advisor for many years, a Ward Mission Leader, Elders Quorum president, and I am currently serving as the 1st counselor in the Bishopric in Choctaw OK.

Was good to see the posting for Elder Remsberg. We came out together, went home together (his family was even kind enough to take me to the Washington DC temple with them on the way home) and served together for many months of our missions in the mission office and in Boyertown. We were both called to the Harrisburg mission but ended up on the Philadelphia side when the mission was formed (about 2 weeks after we arrived).

Elder Ford was my replacement in the mission office as the Supply Manager. We "trained" togther for several months (about 3-4 if I recall correctly) due to some unexpected transfers by other missionaries (President Payne wanted to leave the 3-some in the office instead of the field). I served for almost 9 months in the office.

Elder Fulmer may not remember me at all. I only served with him in Wilmington for overnight (along with Elder Mueller) but it was officially my first assignment. Elder Mueller and I received the transfer call that night and transferred out the next morning to Easton, PA.

LDS QUOTE:
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord’s work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
- Elder L. Tom Perry
Ensign, Nov. 2001
