I finished a joint MA/MPA at Indiana University in Russian Eastern European Studies and Public Affairs. I'm married to Maren Payne as of November 24, 2006. I recently spent a week in Moscow and have been to Ukraine three times. I came to DC to work for the Department of Energy, working on Nuclear Non-Proliferation projects. I now am a Foreign Service Officer for the State Department. |
