We're back in Colorado Springs. I'll be retiring from the Air Force this December. Almost got to go back to South Africa this May (2010) to take a group of cadets for a cultural immersion trip but had to choose between backpacking the Inca Trail and Machu Pichu or South Africa. I've never been to Peru let alone the lost city so I had to go with it for this time. I'm teaching in the Pol Sci department at the Air Force Academy and have enjoyed it very much. We love it back here in the Springs and are glad to be home. |
