I had as companions: Ted Nielsen, Dennis Beck, Bill Hess, Byron Allen, and Michael Tippetts. Also, many traveling companions. When I came home my parents said I finally learned to love other people besides my family. I am married to a Navajo maiden who served in the Arizona Holbrook Mission. I have one son from a previous marriage and two stepsons. I am the Higher Education Director with my tribe (Yakama). My powwow dancing days are over and I now sing with a powwow drum group. And, my basketball playing days ended to knee surgery. I recall my mission days with a warm heart to the people I came to love and my missionary brothers. I currently am the Gospel Doctine instructor in our ward. I lived on an Indian reservation before I left on my mission, served a mission on an Indian reservation, and returned back to an Indian reservation. But, came back a better man. Take care! Aho! |
