| Comments: My wife and I were married in april 1995 in the Manti Temple. We have 4 little girls : Katelynn (4/97), Lindy (4/99), Emily (10/2001) and Haley (12/04). I served with Travis J. Craig, Ben (Butch) Johnson, Starky, Jason Mills, Khong, Jason Yates, Steve (elder tree) Atwood, & Neils Neilsen. I think that's it. I'll be real embarrassed if it turns out I missed a couple. For the last 15 years or so (man we're old) I have been with the Orem / Provo Thrifty Nickel.
