It has been so long since I last had contact with anyone from my mission and to say that I was excited to learn about this website is an understatement.
Here's a brief biography on my life post mission:
I got married in Aug. of 1993 (13 months post mission), graduated from BYU in 1995, worked in design and Project Management for 5 years then went to school at the Univ. of Iowa and completed an MBA. I started working for GE (General Electric) 3 1/2 years ago and have moved several times with them. We have lived in Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire and now Oregon. I currently work for GE Security doing Product Marketing Management on residential security systems.
After having 4 girls, the good lord saw fit to send us a boy (ages: 10, 8, 6, 2.5, 6 mo). Shelly and I love the joy and happiness each new addition has brought into our marriage.
With all the moves we have experienced we have had the opportunity to learn that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true across America…some parts just need more help than others. |
