I served a long time ago. Today my son, Jason, opened his Mission call to St. Petersburg, Russia! I went on line to find out about his mission and that is how I found this site. Another son, Michael, served in Valencia, Venezuela and Huston, Texas. My youngest son, Tyler, is 17 years old. I also have a 26 year old daughter who will be giving birth to our first grandchild in July (2007). I married a wonderful girl, Diana, and we were sealed in the Los Angeles Temple. I am currently serving as Executive Secratary in the Yorba Linda 3rd Ward of the Anahem East Stake. I own a window cleaning business that has employed a lot of young men getting ready for their missions or after their missions while they go to school. I run marathons and spend a lot of time out running on the local trails. I still love the gospel with all of my heart. I know that it is true. My time spent in Argentina will always rank as some of the best time in my life. I was fortunate enough to serve as an Assistant to both Presidents Oliver and Salvioli; President Oliver duringt his last two months in the mission and President Salvioli during his first two months. What an awesome time that was to mingle with them and get to meet all the Elders and Sisters of the mission. I still love missionary work and have had many wonderful experiences post-mission. I would sure love to talk to some of the wonderful missionaries and Saints I met during that time. |
