Drop me a line. I have been married now 20 years as of March 2006. "Santa Vaca", that's a long time! Life is good, with my wife Shawna and four children, Brittney 17, Amarie 16, Autumn 14 and Spencer 10. We live in Denton, TX, which is a great place to raise kids.
From a gospel and church stand point I am also busy as the Stake Employment Specialists and I am an instructor in the Elder's Quorum. Our family is doing very well and we are deeply involved in church service. My wife is the Seminary teacher and keeps us all involved as her students at home as well. She really keeps us living in the scriptures everyday.
We have been periodically sending small groups down to Peru and Guatemala for tours of the Book of the Book of Mormon lands. This summer I am taking my whole immediate family, some extended family and a few close friends. We are really looking forward to it. No over-powering dogma, just a great spiritual experience living the Book of Mormon life for a week or so with some close friends and family.
In my career, I have been involved in manufacturing, sales and marketing of Medical equipment for the last 15 years. Being quite entrepreneurial, I started my own business about one year ago selling Physical Therapy and Chiropractic equipment all over the country, but mostly here in Texas. I've decided to venture out a bit, so I am opening a special spine clinic with a partner in Peru and another one in Guatemala. The business keeps me real busy.
I was back to the old mission about 7 years ago (beginning of 1999). "La patria" sure looked good. I saw Elder Frol, Elder Duarte, Hnas Robles y Merida. I also visited members in Villa Mercedes, Cosquin, and Cordova. Some of us were able to attend the temple together in B.A. It was a great experience! I hope to hear from some of you soon. Stay in touch!
