Married to Gail Spear of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Seven children. Graduated BYU in 1978 with a BA in Communications; graduated from University of Tulsa in 1992 with an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Worked in newspaper advertising sales for 20 years before going to work with my wife at her company, a dialysis billing and consulting firm.
