My wife & I were married in the Arizona Mesa Temple in 2009 (both of our first marriages) & we are expecting our first child in September 2013 (a boy!) & we're very excited. I am currently serving as 2nd Councilor in the Stake Sunday School Presidency & am excited for the new temple that will be built in Tucson, which was announced at the October 2012 General Conference.
I worked for 7 years in the financial sector, until last year & then I resigned from my position in order to run for the Arizona State Senate. I won the Republican nomination, but I lost in the Democratic-leaning district to someone who had already been elected 3 times to serve in the Arizona State Legislature. I've also served in the US Army Reserve since November of 2008. |
