My wife Cammy and I are the proud parents of five children, two boys and three girls. I got my bachelors degree from BYU in International Relations in 1996, then taught Seminary for 2 years while I worked on my Masters Degree in Educational and Career Counseling. I finished my Masters and worked for the State of Utah for 8 years in employer and job seeker services, and community relations. In 2006, I began working in my dream job at BYU in the Center for Service and Learning. I am the Director, and get to work in developing student leaders through service, and helping them establish habits of lifelong learning. Their examples of service and dedication to the gospel are inspiring to me. We live in Salem and have a little farm that my kids enjoy. I have served the past couple of years as a counselor in two different bishoprics, and am currently on the high council. |
