1. Graduated from BYU-Provo, 1996.
2. Married Jill Elaine Bergeson Barkdull, May 1996.
3. Started med school, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), 1996.
4. Jill started med school, Univ of Maryland, 1998.
5. Graduated, USUHS, May 2000.
6. Started residency, Family Medicine, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, 2000.
7. Soren Christopher Barkdull born, 8 August 2001.
8. Jill graduated from U. of Maryland, 2002.
9. Caleb Scott Barkdull born, 16 June 2002.
10. Joshua Delano Barkdull born, 27 June 2002.
11. Jill starts internship in Family Medicine, Georgetown University, 2002.
12. Graduated from Family Medicine Residency, 2003.
13. Transferred with Army to Dugway Proving Grounds, Dugway, Utah, 2003 (little clinic, lots of headaches).
14. Move to Tooele Utah, August 2003.
15. Adopted Camille Grace Barkdull (DOB 2/27/04) 29 February 2004.
16. Jill started residency at U. of Utah, July 2004.
17. Deployed to Baghdad, Iraq with 4th Infantry Division (Fort Hood, Texas) Nov 2005-Jun 2006.
18. Jill graduated from U. of Utah Family Medicine Residency, June 06.
19. Adopted Amelia Anne, 7 July 06.
20. Moved to Lorton, Virginia, August 06, started sports medicine fellowship in Washington, D.C.
21. Completed fellowship, moved with Army to Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii, August 2007.
22. Taught sports medicine in Hawai'i for 4 years, with a 8 month hiatus to Baghdad, Iraq again from 2009-10 with 2nd ID.
23. Adopted Maren Noelani Barkdull, 2008.
24. Discharged from Army in 2011, moved family to Utah, joined a private medical practice in Utah Valley (Premier Family Medical (formerly TriCity Medical)), and enjoying settled down life in Pleasant Grove.
25. Adopted Charlotte Elaine Barkdull, 2012. |
