G'day! Sorry it took so long to register, I just discovered the site. Life is good. I was married about 2 years ago in the Mesa temple. Yes, I did the unthinkable for a Canadian and married an American. I am working as a preschool teacher and love it.
Now that I am in the states hopefully I will be able to see or contact a few more friends from the great ASNM. Love ya! Manda
Wow! It has been a while since I have been on this site. I have been married now for 4 1/2 years and we have a 2 year old son, named Colin. He is our little miracle. Literally. He was born when I was only 25 weeks pregnant and weighed 870 grams. About 1 pound 9 ounces. He was in the NICU for almost three months and went throught so much to survive, I don't have the time or space to write it all. I am a stay at home mom and I love it. I babysit partime for a couple of girlfriends and I enjoy that. Duston recently sold his company and is working to get on with the city still doing security. My bro and his wife are currently in Oz touring the country for a year, one sis got married, the other is 16 and was told she will serve a full time mission in her patriarchal blessing and the other sis is currently serving in the Montana Billings Mission and loving it. Life is good. I would love to hear from anyone who remembers who I am. Love ya! manda
Been awhile again. Still married and living in Phoenix. We had baby number 2 back in October of 2009. A little girl, Olivia Joan. She was early also, born at 31 weeks, but is doing great now,a little chunky monkey. I still stay at home and babysit and Duston now works for the state as a youth corrections officer working security at the AZ Dept of Juvenile Corrections. He enjoys getting to beat up kids all day. :) That's it in a nut shell. |
