I just got word from a friend in Goiania that a new stake center has just been finished and will be dedicated this month. (Sept/Oct.) If you ever served in the area of Aparecida de Goiania you may know where I am talking. The area was called Aparecida and was were the only other chapel was. It is south of Villa Brasilia and East of Colina Azul. its the same chapel that the members of Colina Azul went to. The news is that chapel has been torn down and a new Beautiful stake center has been built in its place and that they're creating a new stake in Aparecida de Goinania. What Amazing news. I was so excited to hear this. The work continues on even when we're not there to do it. May the Lord continue to bless all those that are continuing the work we so laboursly performed. |
