Comments: I have been home now from the mission for 2 years. It still feels kind of weird thinking about the mission. It still somewhat feels like it was a dream. But, then I remember the memories, and I can still speak another language. (Pretty cool!) I miss Brasil a lot. I would really love to go back to visit people and see places I didn't get to go to as a missionary. Brasil will always hold a dear place in my heart. I actually got married one year to the day I returned from my mission. (December 14) I dated my husband for 6 months and then we got hitched. We married in the Salt Lake Temple. It was a beautiful day. Around 50 degrees (which is wonderful in the winter.) I love being married. I have been married over one year now. I love my husband dearly and we have so much fun together. My husband just graduated in 2007 with a BA in Finance from Westminster College in Salt Lake. (Graduated with a 4.0/I was so proud of him.) He will be taking the GMAT this spring and then we will figure out which graduate school to go to. We would love to move back east to get a change of scenery. We plan on having children sometime within the next 2 years. I work as a receptionist for a company called Vision International. Which produces XXL banners, billboards, etc. We produced the Olympic stuff when they were here in 2002. We also produce all the SuperBowl materials. So, while you watch the game all the colors were produced by my company. It pretty cool to see how they do it. I love my job right now. I can do homework and read and basically anything I want as long as I stay at my desk to answer phones. This is sure a blessing. I hope that all my companions know how much I love them and how much fun we all had. I miss you all. I lost my notebook with everyone's info. So, if you see my info. please give me a call, or email. Especially Sister Rosa. I miss you like crazy and think about you all the time. Te amo. Tchau! | |
