Comments: April 2006:
I haven't updated this in a while so here's what's going on:
After leaving the mission in August 1998, I went back for my sophomore year at NC State. I got married in October 1999 -- Tina and I met at the Singles Ward in the Raleigh North Carolina Stake. Erik Lewis (Anaheim Mission, 1997-1999) was one of the witnesses at our wedding.
I graduated with a degree in Mathematics in May 2001 and enrolled as a graduate student at the University of Texas at Austin in June 2001. In August 2002 I got a job offer from the United States government so I quit school and we moved to Maryland. I work in a lab that evaluates how well cryptography has been implemented in commercial products.
Since 2003 I've been taking classes after work and I'll graduate next month (May 2006) with a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Our first child was born in February 2004. We named him Oscar. Another is expected in October 2006.
We attend the Fort Smallwood Branch of the Annapolis Maryland Stake. Tina is the Young Women's President. I am the Elder's Quorum President.
Here is a family picture from December 2005. |
