Comments:
My wife just found this site by accident, so I guess I ought to put up a profile :) After the mission, I went to BYU for a year to bring up my grades, then went home to North Carolina to save up for a move to California. While I was there, I met Heather Heavener, who at the time seemed very unavailable. So nothing happened ... yet. Once I was all sick of hanging around at home, I transferred to Chapman Film in Orange and stayed there a year, mostly hanging out with people I had known as a missionary in Tustin 3. I started a long-distance relationship with Heather that next Christmas (which was ... 2001, I believe), and when I finally landed my AWESOME job as a game designer, I proposed to her. She said yes. And so now we live in Washington, I'm about to start my second game project, and she's working at a local elementary school. She's awesome, by the way.

UPDATE: Okay, it's been a couple of years now. I'm working on PSP games these days. Just finished The Sims 2, and have moved on to two more projects (which will bring my total to five once they're published). More importantly, we just had our first kid, a little girl named Zoë! She's totally cute. My favorite pastime these days is talking for her like she's a ventriloquist's dummy, and making her mother laugh.
