I began taking the missionary lessons while in high school when I was 15 in 1989 (I went to St. Lucy's all girls Catholic high school in Glendora.) My parents had me wait to be baptized for a few years, and many of the missionaries who taught me never saw their labor reach fruition. I am so grateful for the many sets of missionaries that taught me the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I married a wonderful devoted convert to the church and we were sealed in the San Diego temple and have three children; 8, 7, and 4. The gospel has changed my life and the lives of my husband and children are blessed because of it. My husband and I have done work for many of our ancestors and our children are being raised with a knowledge of the truth. The blessings of the gospel have made a difference in our lives. I am so grateful! I would love to thank and reconnect with the missionaries who taught me. |
