I was born and raised in Arcadia and got to know a ton of missionaries since my parents always had them over. I think it was a good influence on me to inspire me to go on a mission when i turned 19. It was just the norm. I still remember many of the missionaries who visited our house, their names, and details about them.
My parents still live in the same house they have for the past 30 years, and so I still get a lot of info about Arcadia and the cities that are part of the Arcadia stake.
