We love missionaries very much & Heavenly Father truly knows who, where & when to send them to teach this wonderful gospel. We thank our Heavenly Father & Jesus Christ for sending and guiding missionaries to us, True Messengers & Servants...they help & guide us deeper into the gospel & help us to apply those principals in our lives through discussions & by example. We are so grateful for all the many parents of missionaries who teach & prepare these wonder missionaries--they each have such a sweet spirit & have helped to open the doors wider to our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ & the Gospel. The missionaries helped me and Elder Bone in his preparation to go on his mission--he learned so much about becoming a good missionary because of their example.
I was so thankful that my son had chosen & prepared to serve a mission. I knew I would miss him but I had no idea how much until he said to me at the airport for my last hug--I will see you in 2 yrs Mom--I love you--& he never looked back.
Peace is returning to my heart. It is so quiet at home--no music--he is a percussionist & Heavenly Father blessed him with this talent & he really developed this gift He gave him. No silliness, no laughter, no little buddy or helper at home. We have seen His hand in all things & grateful for the out pour of His blessings. Elder Bone has been in Yucaipa, 1st & 4th Ward, his companion was Elder Veater & Elder Stevens whom he says are awesome & that he loves. He has served in Corona with Elder's Mumford & DeVore. He has been serving in Murrieta the past 7 1/2 months with Elders Anderson, Parrott & now Elder Bennett whom he loves too & are great Men of God. He is a District Leader & loves these men & our brothers & sisters.
