I’m writing this excerpt on Wednesday, May 27, 2009.
I currently live in Provo, Utah with my wife Jessica and 19-month-old-crazy-boy-son Graham. Family life really couldn’t be better for us. I’m dangerously fond of my wife, Jessica, and she likes nerds, which makes us a good couple. We love raising Graham and so far have been able to learn enough about parenting to keep him alive.
My current calling is young men’s president, which I have been acting as for two years. The former General Young Men’s President thought it appropriate that young men’s presidents should hold that calling for 10 years or so, and I’m hoping that’s the case.
I work in Salt Lake at a film production company. We primarily make television commercials but also do various other video and feature projects. I try to make the best of my commute by taking the bus and doing something with my time, but my wife and I have been looking at Salt Lake homes recently. We would love for more of my commute time to be family time.
Last night I was in the temple with Zach Burton. Turns out my little brother is marrying his little sister (I knew I liked her). Seeing Zach made me realize how many old mission friends I needed to check in with, so I decided to update my info here today. For those of you who see that I’ve updated my info and actually take the time to come read it, please send me a note and let’s talk. Otherwise I’ll be getting in touch with you all little by little.
