Hello!
It's soon 13 years since my return from the GREAT CANADA CALGARY mission.
We have lived here in Norway 7 years now, (my wife is norwegian) We moved to Norway after I had finished with my degree in business and administration (in Finland, Polytechnic business college)
We have been blessed with 3 wonderful children( Johannes 2,5, Matias 7 , Solveig 10) whom we love very much. We speak norwegian as our common language, but when I am communicating with my kids we speak finnish, it may sound a bit complicated but actually bilangual home works very well. My loving wife Marianne speaks also finnish which helps of cource...
I am now working in oil industry which is a big employer in this part of Norway.
I still have a lot of contact with my home country Finland, since my family and best friends are living there. One day we will be moving back there.
I miss all the great friends and members whom I learned to know on my mission. Marianne and I are dreaming to have a trip to America and Canada one day when we have money and time... she served her mission on a Vancouver mission
same time when I was serving in Calgary.
I still have a strong testimony of the Gospel, and go out regularily with the missionaries, it is a good way to keep up the "great Canada Calgary mission spirit"
