Hi! I've been in Salt Lake since I got home, can't believe it's been 5 years already... I'm an RN. I was in cardiology at LDS hospital for a long time but recently switched to Cottonwood and now work in Oncology. Quite the switch, but I love it. I'm still single, but my boyfriend and I are planning a wedding next summer. In the meantime I'm taking care of his 4 girls and quite loving being a mom. I'm also still clowning around (literally) doing birthday parties and making animal balloons, although less this year than the last few. I've been back to B.C. 3 times since I got home, most recently last summer for Vanderhoof's big ward reunion. It was wonderful to drive through all my old areas and say hi to people. Highly recommended if you can do it! I'd love to hear from anyone I served with and get together for lunch sometime. |
