How do we like the great outdoor Alaska? We love it, especially the summer!!! Now we have more than 18 hours of the sunlight.
Chad was in the Air Force and was stationed at Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage, AK from 1998 to 2002. After living here for 4 years, we decided to make Alaska our home. Chad and I have been married for 8 1/2 years and our little boy Kevin is going to be 2 years old on June 16. He has already started his terrible two but he is a lot of fun.
I got my Accounting degree in 2001 and MBA in 2003. I am currently working for the State of Alaska as an Internal Auditor for hospitals. Chad is working for the FAA as a Communication and Navigation technician and he is also in the Air National Guard. I have had the same church calling that I absolutely love for more than 4 years - Relief Society teacher. Chad is a Scout Unit Commissioner.
It seems like a long time ago when I was a missionary, but my memories of the Canadian people, church members, and my wonderful companions are still fresh in my mind. I would love to hear from you. Please write me and I promise I will write back. |
