Hi Everyone,
Life is crazy, and has definately been a trying one lately. A couple days before this last Christmas I was diagnosed with cancer (Ewings Sarcoma), Merry Christmas huh. I started chemotherapy the first week of January and will be doing that until the end of July. I have had two major surguries to remove the tumor and now have a new titanium right femur and hip. I broke my femur putting on my pants in January and have not been able to walk since then. Hopefully I will be able to start walking again by the end of May.
The cancer is also in my back and I have just started radiation to take care of that.
I'll tell you what chemotherapy and radiation suck, I would not wish this on anyone. Life has really been a huge trial as of late but overall I am still happy and I feel that life is great. My wife Mikkel has been amazing and the greatest help through all of this. My two kids (Parker, Arli) help me to smile through the hard times, which seem to be everyday.
Right now things are looking good for the cancer to be gone from my body, and remission is looking like it will come.
