Comments:
I accidently came across this site and I was so excited. I have been married to my sweetheart now for almost twelve years (in June). We have four kids- Clarissa (10), Lydia (9), Corban (7), and Joshua (5). My husband is serving as Bishop in the Idaho Falls 3rd ward and has been for almost five years. I am currently the young Women president in our ward. We are a busy family! I am getting ready to start a photography studio here in Idaho Falls. I will be having a grand opening this fall. My husband owns a sign business.

I remember hearing President Kapp once saying that I would never have a day go by that I don't think about my mission and how true that is. I am so grateful for the lessons and the testimony I gained while on my mission. It has strengthened me so much in my life. I have perspective that I most likely would not have had I not gone on a mission. It has helped me so much in my calling as Young Women President. We have twenty-one girls in our Young Women's program and not one comes from an active family. It has been a great missionary opportunity for me as we have worked with these girls in gaining a testimony. I am so grateful for all that I learned. I know the church is true. I know that President Hinkley is a Prophet of God. I know that by listening to Him and by folowing what he says we will find great protection, peace, and happiness in our lives. One of my children's favorite songs is "Follow the Prophet". How true that is. I know the Book of Mormon is true. I gained a great love for the Book of Mormon while serving and I know that we can find all of our answers in it if we read it regularly. We were just challenged by our Stake YW presidency to take each of the girls individually and list their concerns and challenges and then write each individual girl on a notecard. Each time we read we are to read looking for answers to their concerns so that we can help strengthen them though scriptures. How grateful I am for the Book of Mormon.
