Hello everyone,
I grew up in Oliver, B.C. and was a convert to the church in the mid 1960's, when it was still young in the area. Those early memories are wonderful to me. It was Elder Ron Peck who baptized me in Osoyoos lake, in the evening on the Orville side of the border.
I have a very strong testimony of the gospel, that has grown step by step. Maybe one day I will share my story.
My mother Olive Barrett worked with many of the wonderful people on the Oliver Reservation. She now resides back in Oliver.
I now reside in the beautiful downunder, but I must admit I miss t he majesty of the mountains!
Until we speak again......take care and have a wonderful life . . . despite all the ups and downs and curve balls that it may send your way.
