Hi
My name is Michelle Bell my son is Elder Benjamin Bell. He is currently serving in Sao Felipe on the island of Fogo. He has been there 2 months now. I am interested in knowing how to get mail and packages to him. So far the letters I have sent have been sent back to me saying that they are undeliverable, and the package I have sent has not arrived yet. I am using the address that he and the mission president have given me.

The post office told me that they do not have a code for Cabo Verde or West Africa in their computer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
