Comments:
Got home from Chile and four months later was at BYU where I got my degree in Journalism and Spanish, while teaching part-time at the MTC. What a great experience teaching Elders and helping them get ready for their missions!
Spent time working in California and then in Toronto, where I met the love of my life, started a business and then my wife wanted to move back to the USA where she is from, so far we have lived in 6 US states, 3 Canadian provinces and 3 European countries, luckily most of this before my sons got too old.
Now am working in, and am part-owner of an international software business and have had the opportunity to attend Church in many countries around the world. I had the chance to get back to El Monte and Isla de Maipo back in 97 - I was in Santiago on business.
It was incredible to see the chapel in El Monte, that we worked so hard to raise the money for, and to see the chapel in La Isla de Maipo, and also to see many of the people we brought into the Church still with strong testimonies and it was an incredible and emotional experience to be with them and share stories and testimonies again....
Elder Timm, gracias for the e-mails, really sorry to hear about Elder Kimball's death and hope that Puente Alto district can have a reunion one of these days, keep me posted. Thanks also to old friends and comps who have kept in touch.
We have two sons, one who is 17 and the other is 14 and work and life keeps me pretty busy, but that means I never have time to get bored! :-)

LDS QUOTE:
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord’s work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
- Elder L. Tom Perry
Ensign, Nov. 2001
