After the mission, I attended BYU, where I met my wife, Delanie (like "Melanie" but with a "D"). We were married in 1983 and both graduated from BYU in 1984. I began law school six years later and finished in 1993. I have been practicing law in California since then. We have six children. The oldest is 16. The youngest is 17 months. Delanie is a registered nurse and works part time in the newborn nursery at a local hospital. She serves as a teacher in the ward Relief Society. I serve as Young Men's President. In the past, I have served as Ward Mission Leader, primary teacher, Elder's Quorum Counselor, Bishop, Sunday School teacher, etc. |
