Life is good in Texas! We have five children and 13 grandchildren. I taught missionaries in the old LTM, and then Spanish in high school and college, before repenting and being hired by the Church Educational System. We taught seminary and institute in Phoenix, Arizona, Las Cruces, New Mexico, and Houston, Texas for 35 years, and then retired to the good life in August 2010. I am currently serving as a counselor in the mission presidency, and I spend two mornings a week teaching Spanish to our Spanish-speaking elders and sisters--back where I started in the LTM. I guess what goes around comes around after all. Life is good, and the gospel is true! |
