Kris and I got married in Dec. 1979, I finished BYU with 3 degrees, BS Psych. MS Organizational Behavior, PhD Social Psychology. Went to work in NYC for McKinsey and Co, then to Frito-Lay, Rockwell, then back to PepsiCo with Taco Bell, then to PepsiCo Corporate where I lead the human resource development (HRD) group for 6 years, then moved to IBM to redesign all of their HRD systems. Left corporate life and started my own consulting firm in 1998 building leadership development systems for Fortune 100 global corporations. Kristine and I have seven children, 4 boys, 3 girls. We've lived in several places within the US: New Jersey, Dallas, Chicago, Mission Viejo, Connecticut, and now in Provo, Utah. We have traveled all over the world. Have stayed in touch with Pres. and Sis. Glade until they became Temple Pres. in Peru. First son went to Spanish mission in Boston, worked with Elder Adams' son which was cool. Still keep in touch with Presidente Villaroel from Copiapo who comes up to visit his daughter and their family. I'm dying to get a trip back to my beloved Chile and her people. !Viva Chile!
