Peggy and I have 7 kids--six are married and our youngest, Stephen, is in the MTC and flies to Panama 2/26/08. In my Ob practice, I see spanish-speaking patients every week, so I get to keep up on the language. One daughter went to Salta Argentina Mission, so after her mission she, my wife and I got to see Argentina for ten days. I loved the empanadas and the Argentines made fun of my chilean accent. My youngest son and I went to Paraguay and taught newborn resuscitation--afterward we crossed into Brazil and saw Iguassu Falls--beautiful. I haven't made it back to Chile yet, but I hope to soon. |
