Comments:
I got married in 1996 to a wonderful man who then became my Bishop. His grandfather was the first bishop in Europe! We have two beautiful sons Jonathan 9 and James 7 (James is in the Manchester United Academy and quite a footballer). They are both sporty and love swimming too, they love entering the Stake Swimming Gala and especially Faith in God activities. Simon is a Tax Account and is currently a Director for PriceWaterhouse Coopers. He has a sister who lives in New Jersey and a brother who lives in Connecticut. We went to visit them last year and visited New York, Washington DC, Hersey Park in Pennsylvania and then flew to Indiana where his brother originally lived and visited Chicago. We had a wonderful time and since our family love Cirque Du Soliel we went to see them in New York. We often go to their shows in Manchester and London. Simon has this notion to visit them wherever they are!! I keep telling him he'll have to become a partner then.
We are going to Porta Ventura in Spain this year and have orders from the boys to visit the football stadium in Barcelona which is about an hour away.
I am a counsellor on the Primary Presidency and Simon is on the High Council. Grandma and Grandad just returned from a mission at the Preston Temple.
After 31years as a convert to the church l still keep in touch with my missionary who lives in Salt Lake and will be visiting him next year. We are doing Idaho, Yellowstone, Salt Lake, San Fransisco and Oregon as part of a trip with friends who live in Idaho.
l will always be eternally grateful to the missonary who baptized me. l love the gospel of Jesus Christ and know this is the only true church on the earth today and am thankful for a living prophet who teaches us the way to true happiness. It is so wonderful to have the Holy Ghost to help us recognise truth.
