I am currently living in Eagle Mountain, Utah. My wife Karin andI have 3 daughters now - Molly (7), Emily (4), and Meg (6 months). I am working as an orthoptist ( I work with kids with eye alignment problems) in Murray, Utah at the Rocky Mountain Eye Care Associates. I am currently serving as the Bishop of the Kiowa Valley Ward. It's amazing to me how my mission experiences have come to help me. The brethren are asking us to place great efforts in the missionary work in our wards. I remember being a missionary and trying to get members to particpate in missionary work - now I'm on the flip side. We are working hard as a family now to fellowship neighbors and open doors for the missionaries in our area - I almost forgot how much I love missionary work - it's great to be back in the middle of this most important work. I'm so grateful for my time in Colombia - I look back and am amazed at the expeiences and opportunities that the Lord allowed me to have and am so grateful for that time. I hope all you good friends, companions, and every one of you know how much I appreciate the impact you all have had on my life. Thank you so much! |
