Former resident of Rutland Branch, Rutland VT, and I knew missionaries from the Massachusetts Boston Mission who opened the Connecticut Hartford Mission.
One of these was Elder Russel Golden. Recently in Tacoma I met his son, Elder Greg Golden. His father died in 1996, and due to unusual circumastances he's never seen any of his father's missionary journals.
Young Elder Golden really wants to hear from anyone who knew his father as a missionary -- former presidents, leaders , companions, etc. Contact him through the Washington Tacoma Mission, or get ahold of me.
