I got my mission call on August 20th at about noon. I dressed up and went to the Mt. Timpanogos temple to open it on the grounds.
I'm very excited!

Well, that's my original message that I posted in August of 2003. I returned on December 23, 2005, and was able to watch the Joseph Smith 200th Birthday Broadcast with my family minutes after I was released by my Stake President. Things are going well, and I hope to return to visit the Czech Republic and Slovakia sometime...
I spent several years working and living in the Kansas City area (specifically Overland Park, Kansas), but have recently moved back out to Utah county (as of February 2010). I'm excited to be able to attend mission reunions again! Anyone can feel free to e-mail me, whether I knew you from my mission or not. Just be prepared - My Slovak is better than my Czech, but both are pretty horrendous right now!
