My wife, two boys (6 and 4) and I currently live in Long Beach, California, where I work for the federal government. We enjoy being close to the beach and Disneyland! I currently serve as the Second Counselor in the Bishopric of the Long Beach 10th Ward, which is very diverse and "unique." Sometimes the 10th Ward is as "unique" as the craziest Wards in the DR. Let's just say there is never a dull fast and testimony meeting. It's been a while since I served in the DR, but I would love to hear from any of the great Elders/Sisters with whom I served. |
