Elder Abram Kenny Bawden has been home almost 3 months now! Wow! Has time flown! We had a wonderful homecoming with him...he spoke in our ward here in Mesa, Az. and then at our old home ward in Huntington, Utah...So he's had lots of times to share his testimony, both in spanish and english. We are so glad to have him home, it is blessing our family in many ways. He is working now at University of Phoenix as a student consultant and is enjoying that very much. He's going to start school with University of Phoenix, online program, in a few months. He's also involved in the Desert Vista ward, a singles ward, in our stake and enjoys that as well, especially the "Linger Longers" after church! ha He speaks in different wards quite often with his dad who is on the stake High Council. So he's staying busy, just like the mission life! He looks forward to the day he can go back to visit his dear friends in the Dominican Republic, hopefully in May of '06. |
